When I was about 10 years old, I had a fire alarm in my room.
It was always on, and I was always thinking about it.
When the alarm was going off, I would go to bed and try to fall asleep.
The alarms didn’t go off, and that was when I realized it was probably a fluke.
It wasn’t until I was in college that I realized I didn’t like alarms.
In college, I didn.
So I just never tried to use them.
But I guess, the more I did use them, the worse it became.
I think it’s because I never learned to sleep in my bed.
I slept in the living room and in the hallway.
But the living-room thing made me think about the fire alarm, and then I realized that the alarm would just go off automatically when I opened the door to the hallway and I would fall asleep right there.
I just couldn’t sleep that way.
And then, when I had to get up and go to class at night, I was like, Oh, my God.
And I had these panic attacks.
And they were horrible.
They were so horrible.
So, eventually, I just stopped using alarms.
I tried to do some research on how to change it.
And one of the best books I read was How to Change the Fire, by Michael T. Snyder.
So that was a big turning point.
You can do that in a very short period of time.
There’s a lot of information there.
It’s not just, “You have to do this.”
It’s “You’re going to change the way you do things.”
And then you learn how to use your brain and how to think about it and how you apply that to things.
So now, if I want to use a fire extinguishing system, I’m going to read about it, and there’s a great article called The Fire Alarms Effect, and it’s written by Dr. Stephen A. Bell and Michael D. Smith.
They show that a lot more people than we think are changing the way they use their fire extinguishers.
And that’s because they’re doing it to actually protect themselves and their families.
So a lot is being done to help people who are just starting to learn about fire.
And so, you can start now to do something to help you become a better firefighter.
